Return and exchange window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Items received damaged, defective or different from what you ordered are eligible for replacement or refund.

- For damaged or wrong items, please attach clear photos, and an unboxing video if available.

Size exchanges

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
Offers and discounts
